In the Sent Manager the number of emails in the Processed column is greater than the number in the Total column? What is the problem? Does it mean that some emails were sent twice?
No, this doesn't mean that the email was sent twice to some recipients. The Processed column counts all delivery attempts. If some emails were not sent during the 1st attempt and you clicked the "Resume Sending" button to re-send them, resent emails will be also added to the count in the Processed column. Also, if you set in G-Lock EasyMail settings to try to deliver the message xx times, G-Lock EasyMail will automatically re-try to send unsent emails and these attempts will also be counted in the Processed column.
